I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Florida, Nevada, and Colorado, and a current doctoral candidate at Nova Southeastern University. My path into this work grew from a deep passion for helping people heal from trauma and reconnect with their authentic selves. Over the years I’ve trained in EMDR, sex therapy, and systems theory, allowing me to approach healing through both a trauma-focused and relational lens.

Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and collaborative, yet also direct when it’s needed. My non-pathologizing approach means I don’t see you as “broken”—instead, I see you as a whole person navigating complex experiences that deserve care and understanding. In therapy, I take time to understand your story, your values, and your relationships so that together we can move toward the change you want most.

I integrate EMDR to process trauma, systemic insight to uncover relationship patterns, and sex therapy to support intimacy and self-expression. For some, progress looks like feeling safer in their body and more present in daily life. For others, it’s breaking free from old cycles, strengthening relationships, or finding freedom in their sexuality. My role is to hold a space that is affirming, growth-oriented, and centered on your strengths.

I also believe that being a therapist means being a lifelong learner. I regularly participate in advanced EMDR trainings, trauma-informed and somatic workshops, and specialized sex therapy education. I’m deeply engaged in multicultural and systemic supervision to expand cultural humility and intersectional awareness. Right now, I’m especially focused on relational neuroscience and understanding how structural barriers shape mental health. This ongoing growth ensures I bring effective, compassionate, and evidence-based care into every session.
